How this started

I didn't just teach this. I did it.

It started with The Hereafter — a 460-acre sustainable community in Georgia. We got it approved as the first subdivision in the history of the county, and today it's home to over 150 families.

From there it kept growing. We've sold land to over 250 people in the Ozarks, and put 20 people together on 100 acres in New Mexico. Real land, real deeds, real communities — not theory.

Last year I started Plan X University. I taught 40 people how to buy land and build community, and together we founded 40 Acres and a Well. Plan X University is me handing you that exact playbook — the same one my founders are using right now.

So I built it myself, one parcel at a time: The Hereafter, a 460-acre community in Georgia and the first subdivision in the history of the county, now home to 150+ families; 250+ people onto their own land in the Ozarks; 20 people on 100 acres in New Mexico.
